Service includes one-step forming analysis, flat blank, blank nesting, and complete process (strip) layout for progressive, transfer, tandem or line die types. In addition this service includes a regional die and production part cost estimate based on the stamping process.  The customer provides a 3D part data file, estimated annual usage, and desired stamping process including parts off per press cycle. The customer selects the global region where the die and part are to be sourced.  This product is ideally suited for buyers, tool engineers, and die builders who quote dies and/or stamped parts.
