Service includes one-step forming analysis, flat blank, blank nesting and complete process (strip) layout for progressive, transfer, tandem or line die types.  The customer provides a 3D part data file, estimated annual usage, and desired stamping process including parts off per press cycle. This product is ideally suited for tool engineers and die builders who estimate the cost of dies and stamped parts.
